2. Definitions.
- In these regulations 'pilgrims route' means the route or any portion thereof taken by pilgrims proceedings from Rishikesh (district Dehra Dun) to the shrines of Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri, Jamnotri or Khemkund.
