Section 307 in Criminal Court Rules of the High Court of Judicature at Patna
307.
A monthly extract from the Register of Deposit Repayments in Form No. A (12) of sums above Rs. 5 shall be forwarded in the same Form by the Magistrate to the Treasury Officer for transmission, after comparison with his lists of payments, to the Accountant-General. The District Magistrate shall include in this extract (1) the details of repayments on account of deposits of previous months, whether made in his own Court or in the Subordinate Courts, (2) a single total for each Court of the repayment of the current month's deposits, whether made at the District or Subordinate Courts which must agree with the total of receipts on the same account, (3) the total for each Court of the repayments on account of deposits of Rs. 5 and less received during the year of account and the year next preceding.Like the Extract Register on Receipts, this return will keep each Court's entries in separate series.
