Section 5(2)(iii) in The Bihar Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1954

(iii)refuses to act or becomes incapable of acting as Chairman or as a member or acts in a manner which the State Government, after hearing any explanation that he may offer, considers to be prejudicial to the objects of this Act.
