Section 5(1) in Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006
(1)The memorandum of association of every Society shall state -(i)the name of the Society;(ii)the objects of the Society;(iii)the location of the head office of the Society;(iv)the names, age, address and occupation of the Governors, Council, Directors or Governing body to whom by the regulation of the Society the management of its affairs is entrusted.
