Section 41(1) in Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017
(1)The provisions of the Tamil Nadu Court-fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 (Central Act 9 of 1955) shall apply in respect of applications or appeals to be presented before the Rent Court or Rent Tribunal or Rent Authority, as the case may be.
