Section 36(3) in The Sikh Gurdwaras Committee Election Rules, 1959
(3)If the returning officer is satisfied that the applicant is entitled to vote under sub-rule (1), he shall make arrangements for the supply to him of that ballot-paper by adding the word "postal" thereon.
