Section 18 in The Nalanda Open University Act, 1995
18. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-(1)The Executive Council;(2)The Academic Council;(3)The Faculties;(4)The Examination Board;(5)The Finance Committee; and(6)Such other authorities as may be declared to be the authorities of the University by the Statutes.
