(1)Every shaft, incline and other outlets provided as required by regulation 74 shall be examined, once at least in every seven days, by an overman or other competent person and a report of every such examination shall immediately thereafter be recorded in a bound paged book kept for the purpose and shall be signed and dated by the person making the examination.
