7. Powers to alter, amend or vary the terms of registrations and permissions.
- At any time after the grant of registration or permission under section 5 or section 6 as the case may be, the Ground Water Officer may, for technical reasons, alter, amend or vary the terms of the registration or permission after providing the holder of registration or permission, as the case may be, an opportunity of being heard.
