Section 5(1) in The M.P. Krishi Upaj Mandi (Allotment of Land and Structure of Market Committee/board) Rules, 2005
(1)The land or structure shall be allotted :(a)by auction, or(b)by inviting tenders :Provided that the allotment under concessional conditions shall be, for the purpose of smooth working of market, as specified in Rule 15.
