Section 23 in Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019
23. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be the Authorities of the University-(1)the Governing Body;(2)the Executive Council;(3)the Academic Council;(4)the Finance Committee;(5)the Planning Board;(6)the Board of Faculties;(7)the Board of Studies;(8)the Admissions Committee;(9)the Examinations Committee; and(10)such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
