Section 56(2) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(2)The State Government may, in consultation with the Vice-Chancellor, request the former University to depute by order such employees of the former University temporarily to the University for initial establishment and for such period as may be specified in the order :Provided that no such order shall be issued in respect of any employee without the consent of such employee.
