Section 3(2) in The Pepsu Townships Development Board Act, 1954
(2)The Board shall be a body corporate by the name aforesaid having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power, subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made hereunder, to acquire, own or transfer property, both movable and immovable, and may be the said name sue and be sued.
