Section 30(2) in The Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Assam Rules, 1991
(2)The procedure used for sampling air or emission from any chimney, due or duct plant or vessel or any other sources and outlets, exhaust pipes, stationary or mobile, the instructions used for sampling and the method of measuring air pollutants shall be such as may be specified by the Board to suit the situation.
