Section 275(1) in Goa Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(1)If a worker who becomes a member of this Fund, the concerned authorities shall transfer deposits from existing fund in the name of that member to this Fund.
