Section 2(e) in Tamil Nadu Educational Institutions (Prohibition of Collection of Capitation Fee) Act, 1992
(e)"minority educational institution" means an educational institution of its choice established and administered by any minority whether based on religion or languages as has the right to do so under clause (1) of Article 30 of the Constitution.
