(1)The Court or authority making an order of disqualification shall endorse or cause to be endorsed upon the [driving licence] [Substituted by Act 100 of 1956, section 16, for 'licence' (w.e.f. 16-2-1957).], it any, held by the person disqualified particulars of the order of disqualification and of any conviction of an offence in respect of which an order of disqualification is made; and particulars of any removal or variation of an order of disqualification made under subsection (3) of section 18 shall be similarly so endorsed.
