(1)The Governor of a Province is appointed by His Majesty by a Commission under the Royal Sign Manual.(2)The provisions of the Third Schedule to this Act shall have effect with respect to the salary and allowances of the Governor and the provision to be made for enabling him to discharge conveniently and with dignity the duties of his office.
