9. Meeting of Selection Boar.
- The Selection Board constituted under Rule 8 shall ordinarily meet once in a calendar year and at intervals ordinarily not exceeding fifteen months :Provided that the Board may meet more than once in a calendar year if the select list relating to any grade has been exhausted or for any other good and sufficient reason to be recorded in writing.
