Section 13 in West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961
13. Name of society to be prominently shown.
(1) Every society shall (a)prominently display its name outside its office or the place where its business is carried on,(b)have a seal with its name engraved thereon,(c)have its name mentioned in all documents executed in its favour or on its behalf.(2)For any contravention of the provisions of sub-section (1), every officer in default shall be punishable with fine which may extend to twenty rupees.
