(3)The District Collector shall be the Chairman and [the Revenue Divisional Officer in-charge of the Headquarters] [ Substituted 'the Executive Engineer of the Irrigation Department' by Act No. 15 of 2013, dated 7.3.2013] shall be the Convenor of the District Expert Committee.
