Section 3(1A) in Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965
(1A)[ The Government may, by notification and in accordance with such principles and procedure as may be prescribed in this behalf,-(a)include within a Municipality any local area or part thereof, in the vicinity of such Municipality;(b)exclude from a Municipality, any area comprised therein.]
