Section 2(h) in Bihar Gram Katchahry Nyaya Mitra (Employment, Service Conditions and Duties) Rules, 2007
(h)"Sub-Divisional Magistrate" means a Sub-Divisional Magistrate appointed by the State Government and includes such officer as the State Government may especially appoint under the Act to discharge all or any of the functions of the (Sub-Divisional) Magistrate;
