23. Tools and plant.
- The contractor should provide himself necessary and requisite tools and plants such as trolly lines, crossings turn-tables, trapping wagons, necessary pumps an engines steam road rollers G.l. pipes etc. and on no account will the department undertake any responsibility whatsoever for the supply of the same or any other stores required for completion of work.
