Section 4G in The Jammu and Kashmir Prohibition on Manufacture of Specified Copper Utensils (By Machine) Act, 2006
4G. Habitual committing of offence under sections 4-B, 4-C and section 4-F.
- Whoever habitually commits -(a)an offence punishable under section 4-B or section 4-C ; or(b)an offence punishable under section 4-F, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall be not less than two years but which may extend to seven years and shall also be liable to fine.
