Section 1 in The Kerala Headload Workers Act, 1978
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Kerala Headload Workers Act, 1978.(2)It extends of the whole of the State of Kerala.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different areas and for different provisions of this Act and for different establishments.
