Section 44(2) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Act, 1962
(2)A Central Society shall utilise the 'Subsidiary State Partnership Fund' only for the purpose of-(a)purchasing shares in Primary Societies; and(b)making payments to the Apex Societies in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
