Section 2(i) in The Orissa Rice and Paddy Procurement (Levy) and Restriction on Sale and Movement Order, 1982
(i)"Support Price" means the minimum price payable to the producer by the Purchase Officer or by the Miller directly purchasing paddy from the producers, as may be notified by the Government for different varieties of paddy for any particular Khariff season;
