Section 8(1) in The Rajasthan Municipal Service Rules, 1963
(1)Reservation of vacancies for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes shall be in accordance with the orders of Government for such reservation in force [at the time of direct recruitment and promotion.] [Substituted 'at the time of recruitment' by Notification No. F. 8(G)(9) Rules/DLB/04/04-05/88, dated 3.8.2005-Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary Part IV-A, dated 6.8.2005 (w.e.f. 2.10.1963).]
