81. Posts of employees of educational institutions vested under this Chapter to be treated as a unit for certain purposes.
- The posts in each category of employees of the educational institutions in a district which have vested in the State Government under this Chapter shall be a separate unit for all purposes including seniority, promotion, discharge or reversion for want of vacancies.
