Section 14(1) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
(1)Any person may be nominated as a candidate for the office of the member of Territorial Constituency or President of Water Users Association, as the case may be, if he is qualified to hold the office under the provisions of the Act.
