1. By this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No. 88/2021 under Sections 498A/304B/34 IPC registered at PS-Gokulpuri.

2. The petitioner had earlier filed an anticipatory bail application before this Court which was dismissed as withdrawn after some arguments on 22nd October 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the change in circumstance is that after the order was passed, one of the co-accused has been granted regular bail. Vide order dated 22nd September 2021, the co- accused who is the brother-in-law of the victim has been granted regular bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge.

4. Firstly, the said order was passed prior to the withdrawal of the anticipatory bail application before this Court on 22nd October 2021. Secondly, the co-accused has been granted regular bail and not anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the role assigned to the petitioner and this being a second petition seeking anticipatory bail with no change of circumstance, this Court finds no ground to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Petition and the application are dismissed.

7. Order be uploaded on the website of this Court.
