Section 45F in The Government Of National Capital Territory Of Delhi Act, 1991
45F. Meetings of Authority.
(1)The Authority shall meet at such time and place as the Member-Secretary may decide with approval of the Chairperson of the Authority, as and when so required.(2)The Chairperson of the Authority shall preside over the meetings of the Authority.(3)The quorum for the meeting of the Authority shall be of two Members.
