Section 5(2) in Puducherry Hindu Religious Institutions Act, 1972
(2)If a trustee becomes subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in sub-section (1), the Government shall remove him from the office of trustee:Provided that no trustee shall be removed under this sub-section on the ground that he has become subject to the disqualification mentioned in clause (e) or clause (h) of that sub-section unless he has been given a reasonable opportunity of being heard in the matter.
