721. Disposal of company's records.
- Upon such order being made all documents and books of accounts or records of the Official Liquidator shall be deposited in Court unless the Judge otherwise directs. Unless otherwise directed, the books and papers of a company which has been wound up shall be destroyed after a period of three years from the date of deposit in Court.Transfer of winding up proceedings
