Section 7(1) in Bihar Panchayat Raj Institutions (Conduct of Business) Rules, 2015
(1)The minutes of the meeting of Gram Panchayat shall be prepared by the Panchayat Secretary in consultation with Mukhiya, and may include any subject which is in public interest and which in his opinion should be considered by the Gram Panchayat and it may also include any subject specified by the Mukhiya.
