2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that these writ petitions may be disposed of in view of the decision rendered by the Supreme Court in the matter of Kerala Public Service Commission and others v. State Information Commission and another 1 and in the light of the recent decision of the Supreme Court in the matter of 1 (2016) 3 SCC 417 3 Mradul Mishra v. Chairman, U.P. Public Service Commission, Allahabad and another, decided on 16-7-2018.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection.
4. In view of the submission made herein-above, the writ petitions are finally disposed of in terms of the decisions rendered by the Supreme Court in the aforesaid cases (supra), as the information seekers are entitled for inspection of their answer sheets, marks sheets and cut off marks. No order as to cost(s).
