Section 5(iii) in The Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Rules, 1971
(iii)Electoral Rolls mentioned in sub-rule (i) and (ii) shall be available for sale by the Registrar at the price fixed by him and shall be opened for inspection free of cost in the office during office hours.
