Section 18 in Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008
18. Special power of the Collector.
(1)The Collector may take or cause to be taken proceedings as may, in his opinion, be reasonable for the compliance of an order issued under the provisions of this Act.
