- The State Government shall not be held responsible for the destruction, loss or damage of any spirits stored in a warehouse by fire or by gauging or by any other cause whatsoever. In case of fire or the accidents, the officer-in-charge of the warehouse shall immediately attend to open the same at any hour by day or night.
