Section 1 in Himachal Pradesh Specified Essential Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 2019
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This order may be called the Himachal Pradesh Specified Essential Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 2019.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.
