(4)Any member nominated to any of the authorities shall be liable to be removed from such membership at any time by the Chancellor on the ground of mis behaviour, misconduct or otherwise after holding an enquiry:Provided that any member of the Syndicate and the academic council shall cease to hold the membership on attainment or superannuation.
