Justice Permod Kohli:
MA No.4642/2017 seeking joining together in single Petition is allowed.
2. The applicants are working as Lecturers, Assistant Professors, Librarians, Director (Physical Education) and various other posts on contract basis. The details are given in para 4.1 of the OA regarding the posts held and the Institutions where the applicants are working.

3. The claim of the applicants in the present OA is for a direction to pay them the minimum of the pay scale of the posts held by them as are being given to the regularly appointed officials in the same capacity. The applicants have made various representations marked as Annexure A-2 Colly.
4. The learned counsel for the applicants relies upon various judgments of the Tribunal, Delhi High Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Reference can be made to the judgment of the Delhi High Court dated 01.11.2013 passed in W.P. (C) No.2915/2013 - Chief Secretary, Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Anr. V. Satish Kumar & Others, judgment dated 28.03.2017 passed in W.P. (C) No.717/2015 - Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Others v. Kamal Kant Sharma & Others, judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court dated 26.10.2016 passed in Civil Appeal No.213/2013 - State of Punjab & Others v. Jagjit Singh & Others and judgment of the Delhi High Court dated 06.11.2012 passed in W.P. (C) No.6798/2002 - Sonia Gandhi & Others v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Others.
5. It is submitted by Mr. Sachin Chauhan, learned counsel for the applicants that the controversy involved in the present OA is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgments and the applicants may be permitted to make a fresh representation giving all the details of their claim.
6. In view of the above circumstances, we dispose of this OA, at the admission stage itself, with the following directions:- 10 OA No.4451/2017 MA No.4642/2017
The applicants are permitted to make a fresh representation giving all the details of their claim within two weeks from today. The said representation, along with the representations referred to in Annexure A-2 shall be considered and decided by the Competent Authority within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Needless to say that the representations shall be decided by the respondents by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
