26. Ballot Boxes.
(1)Every ballot box at the polling station shall bear the name of the Panchayat or Zilla Panchayat and the numbers of the ward(s) or constituency(s) of the Panchayat or Zilla Panchayat.(2)Every ballot box shall be so constructed that Ballot papers may be introduced therein but cannot be withdrawn therefrom without the box being unlocked and without breaking the seal.
