Mr. Saroj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Nishi Nath Ojha, learned counsel for the respondents no. 1 to 4 are present.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the case, the matter has been settled with the respondent Bank of India and he has been granted No Dues Certificate after paying an amount of Rs. 13,25,000/-.

3. Mr. Nishi Nath Ojha, learned counsel for the Patna High Court CWJC No.7373 of 2022(4) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 Bank of India does not dispute the position.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition having become infructuous stands disposed of.
