1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.
2. Ld. counsel for the Plaintiffs, on instructions, submits that the Plaintiffs wish to withdraw the present suit.
3. A copy of the e-mail sent by the Plaintiffs to its Counsels dated 17th August, 2022 giving the said instructions is taken on record. Accordingly, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. The injunction order dated 3rd July, 2007 accordingly stands vacated.
5. Ld. counsel for the Plaintiffs reserves liberty to file a fresh suit if the Defendant enters into its area of business.
