1. Ms. V. Bhawani, learned counsel appears on behalf of Mr. Mohinder Rupal, learned counsel for respondent no. 3/college, submits that Mr.Rupal is unable to attend the Court due to a medical emergency in his family. She seeks an adjournment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has filed an application under Diary No. 51817/2021 for a direction upon respondent no. 3/college to serve respondent no. 4 and 5 who are the successful candidates who have been admitted in respondent no. 3/college. Although the said W.P.(C) 9041/2020 Page 1 of 2 application is not listed today, learned counsel for respondent no. 3/college is directed to take instructions as to whether respondent no. 3/college will be in a position to serve respondent no. 4 and 5 or to provide the contact details of the said respondents.
