Section 52 in Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Act, 2011
52. Appointment of Secretary.
- The Government may, in consultation with the Chief Executive, place at the disposal of the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration the service of an officer of the Government for appointment as Secretary to the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration.
