Section 13(1) in The Gujarat Diseases of Animals (Control) Act, 1963
(1)On receipt of a report under sub-section (3) of section 11 or sub-section (2) of section 12, the prescribed authority shall, after making such further inquiry as it thinks fit, submit such report with his remarks thereon, to the [State Government] [Substituted for 'Commissioner of the division' by Gujarat No. 15 of 1964, dated 2nd May, 1964.],
