% 10.01.2020 Learned counsels for the parties point out that the matter has been settled between the parties in mediation and a Settlement Agreement has been executed. It is submitted that the payments in terms of the Settlement Agreement except for the last payment have been made which is now due on 15.02.2020. They request that the matter be adjourned beyond 15.02.2020.
